Book with cheap-car-rental.com 21 or more days before departure, and your car will be reserved but payment will not be required until 14 days before rental. Whilst you can pay earlier if you wish, it is not necessary. Cheap-car-rental.com will email a confirmation at time of booking and reminders when payment is due. If you do not see them please look in your spam/trash/deleted folders.

You really should consider booking as soon as you can when booking either an Alamo Rent-A-Car as there is no need to pay any earlier than 14 days in advance and you avoid any subsequent price increases.

If you wish to change any aspect of your booking you will be charged the current amount as shown on our website for your new booking.

Bookings cancelled after payment is made will be subject to a cancellation charge. We have reduced cancellation fees compared with those shown in our T&C and currently the non refundable cancellation fee is $30 OR if you intend to make another booking you can elect to pay a transferable cancellation fee of $50 all of which can used towards a future booking. Cancellations received within 48 hours of rental date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Bookings not cancelled and no-shows receive no refund.
