Cancellation Rules

 

Cancellations need to be made using the simple yellow form below and are subject to the following charges

  Cancellation Fee
Bookings cancelled more than 60 hours before rental, not applicable if a replacement booking is made. $30
Bookings cancelled less than 60 hours before rental  $100
Bookings cancelled less than 2 hours before rental or not cancelled at all or No Show* No refund
Once rental has started, cars returned early No refund

*There is no refund if driver does not have an acceptable valid driver's license or an acceptable credit card in the drivers name with sufficient credit for the deposit. 

Late pickups need to be notified in advance. In the case of flight delays the rental company will hold the car if arrival details are in the booking. Where the cancellation fee exceeds cost of the rental there is no refund. Bookings not paid 7 days before rental will be cancelled.
