Alamo Cancellation Rules
Cancellations need to be made using the
simple yellow form below. Covid has put car rental companies under extreme pressure
causing significant operational challenges,
constant global travel policy changes and reduced staffing and fleet availability.
Policies have been revised to enable the operation and fleet is managed more
efficiently.
There is no refund if driver does not have with him an acceptable valid driver's license or an acceptable credit card in the drivers name with sufficient credit for the deposit. Late pickups need to be notified in advance. In the case of flight delays the rental company will hold the car if arrival details are in the booking. Where the cancellation fee exceeds cost of the rental there is no refund.
