Credit card transactions are processed securely by First Data Corporation, a global payment technology solutions company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Cheap-car-rental.com does not receive or store your credit card details. Our basic process is, our system quotes in accordance with your request (automatically). If you decide to proceed we then collect your personal details. Our system will then go on to check the credit card quoted is valid and has sufficient funds (automatically), book the car (automatically) and, when the car is confirmed, send out a voucher (automatically). The process from checking your credit card to sending the voucher takes only a second or so. We charge the amount originally quoted to your credit card within 7 days of the voucher being sent. Our vouchers show the name, address and telephone number of the car rental location. Most airports have car rental desks in the airport arrivals terminal and renters should use this desk (except at Orlando Sanford airport where Dollar-rent-a-car use the Welcome Centre, just outside the passenger terminal entrance). Some airports do not allow car rental desks in the airport terminal, in which case follow the signs to car rental shuttle bus and catch the free shuttle bus to the car rental office.
