I just wanted to drop you a note. Last week I had to fly to Florida and I always book my cars through you. I checked your website and was about to book when another company came through with a 30% savings over your price. I made the mistake of booking with this company. Unlike your company where everything has ALWAYS been in order and delivered as promised. This company also out of Europe advertised one thing but delivered something else. 

I have learned my lesson and will continue booking my cars through your company.

Thank you for your prompt response. This is the second time I have had contact with your agency and the service response has been excellent both times. Please pass this information on to your supervisor.

It appears as though your agency handles the petrol issue the way all other agencies do. Your on-line "small print," however, gives the reader another impression. The writers of this text may wish to revisit the wording and use something closer to how you have described your policy.
